Cookie Notice

What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device that let a website function and remember things between visits.
What we use
To run the service, Arqo uses essential cookies — the ones it can't run without:
- Authentication / session — to keep you securely signed in (set by our authentication provider).
- Security — to protect against fraud and abuse and to keep your session safe.
- Consent — to remember the cookie choice you make in our banner (
arqo_cookie_consent, kept for 12 months).
These essential cookies don't require consent because the service cannot operate without them.
Advertising cookies on our marketing pages
With your consent, our public marketing pages (the home page, product and pricing pages, blog, and legal pages) include the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a piece of code from LinkedIn that sets advertising cookies. These cookies help us measure how our LinkedIn advertising performs and let us show relevant Arqo ads to people who have visited our site (retargeting). They are set and used by LinkedIn as described in LinkedIn's Cookie Policy.
These advertising cookies are non-essential, and we do not set them until you agree. On your first visit, our cookie banner asks for your choice; nothing is set unless you click Accept, and if you decline, the tag does not load. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
The Insight Tag runs only on those public pages. It is not loaded inside the app — once you sign in, only essential cookies operate, and the content you put into Arqo is never shared for advertising.
What we don't use
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies inside the app, we don't set any non-essential cookie without your consent, and we don't sell your personal data.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the service from working (for example, staying signed in). To opt out of LinkedIn ads personalisation, use LinkedIn's ad settings; you can also block or delete LinkedIn's cookies in your browser at any time.
